Let's get this "Hating" situation straight. You can't be hated on if your situation is fucked up. Like you can't be some basic broad or dude and claim someone's "hating" on you. Personally, I think you have to be in a bracket to be hated on. There's mad bucketheads that think people hate on them, when in reality people are really telling them about themselves. Mad people think they don't hate either, right when you say, "He/She think he/she cute . . " RIGHT THERE! There ya hating ass go, cause you know you've said that shit before.
Yours truly, has ALWAYS given respect where it's due. Shit, it's hard to do the right thing consistently AND reap benefits from doing things the right way. I dunno if I've ever been hated on . . as a matter of fact, I have but I didn't pay that shit any attention. "That nigga think he tight cuz he whipping that Charger now . . " Nigga, YOU think I'm tight cuz I'm driving a Charger. Lol, shit's funny to me. Like I said earlier with that wack ass, "He/She think he/she cute . . " They probably do . . and your hating ass think they look good too. If you can't keep it honest with yourself, then you're going to be in for a rough ass ride through your life. Be honest with yourself . . at least be honest with yourself and admit you hating. I do it all the time, lol. "Nigga fuck your rims . . I'm hating tho :/" lol, that's all fun and games. If someone doing good for themselves, congratulate them, what's the worst that could happen? They'll get big headed? Let them do it to themselves . .
Now there are times when people try to look out for others and they'll take it as hate. No no no no! Someone's tryna help your dilly ass out. Take this for example, it's mad nice out, a girl got kids and no job and be on twitter, tweeting about videos and Maury . . if someone were to say, "hey it's nice out, take the kids for a walk and go for look for a job." Now if she wasn't a bucket she'd say "yea, that's a good idea," however if she is a bucket . . "Why don't you mind your business, hating on me all the time." Then goes to tweet about it. People today, mistake criticism for hate. The previous paragraph is examples of a hater, this paragraph is about criticism. Criticism hurts, but it helps in the long run. It's like ripping off a band-aid, it hurts like shit at first, but days later the pain's gone and the wound's healed. I get criticized ALLLL the time, but it's only gonna make me better. Compare me to high school Frank, and I shit on that nigga. LOL!
I got better with criticism, you got to take the good with the bad.
I asked some folks what they thought on hating and this is what I got back . .
From @n_I_roc: Crabs in a barrel
I can agree with that. Lazy niggas don't want to get left behind so they'll try to bring their partner or someone from their neighborhood down. Why? Read that shit and tell me it don't look corny . . .
From @Princess426: A hater is someone who is upset that ur progressing in life and not content with just the status quo.
Agreed . .
From my mentor: Be proud of people doing well, if you want it for yourself go get it...don't be mad because she/he went for it and you're still sitting in front of the TV. . . I just can't stand people always talking about what other people are doing and hating on what they got...when you're not doing a Damn thing for yourself . . . but...then i think...I don't think I'm all that...I'm just doing what I do...if you like it cool, if you don't that's cool too....
That's why she's my mentor . . :)
Check yourself before you fix your mouth to say someone's hating on you or before you try to bring someone down.
